まほろまてぃっく (Mahoromatic)
Vesper, a secret agency fighting alien invaders by using super-powerful androids. Mahoro, Vesper's most powerful android. As Mahoro has little operating time left and soon will cease to function, she chooses early retirement and becomes a maid for Misato Suguru, a high school student living on his own after his family passed away.
Suguru's life will be changed forever when Mahoro shows up in his doorstep, and of course, he has no idea that Mahoro had already changed his life before... Still, Mahoro will cherish all the moments with Suguru and his friends, after all, Mahoro will stop functioning very, very soon...
Mahoroamtic was based on the same manga title by Bunjuro Nakayama (中山文十郎) and Bow Ditama (ぢたま某). 2 TV series are developed by Gainax.

Funny story, lots of interesting characters (especially the sex-maniac teacher...). Of course when you have an android as your maid, life will not be normal, and of course with androids you got to have androids fighting each other!
Gainax is good at making silly shows, and Mahoromatic is a prime example.

Continue the story after the end of the first TV series, a new android now lives in Suguru's house and trained by Mahoro as a maid. We will get to see how everything ends, including Mahoro... A very interesting ending episode concluded the whole series...
More laughs, but it get sober towards the end.

Actually a spin-off for the second TV series, it was released 6 months after the second series was first broadcasted in Japan. Set sometime before the big showdown in the second series, Suguru must use his wits and his classmates' help to protect his ultimate pron book collections from Mahoro and the girls...

I am not very sure, but I think volume 8 should be the final release. Currently Tokyopop have not released the final volume yet.
