Φなる・あぷろーち (Final Approach)

In present-day Japan, a continual decline on birth rate has prompted the government to action, thus the formation of the R.T.P. committee, whose goal is to promote and arrange marriages among its youth population. Due to the sensitive nature of the issue, a test run was deemed mandatory, and young Mizuhara Ryo is chosen as the test subject, much to his own dismay. With the megalomaniac Masuda Shizuka appointed as his fiancee and secret agents assigned to Shizuka in his face at every turn, can Ryo manage to save his sanity, let alone his life with his sister??

Based on a love-simulation game for PS2 created by Princess Soft, with character design by 西又葵, who is well known for her work at Navel (a hentai game company best known for the game Shuffle!...). The animate series was produced in 2004.

Final Approach

With about 10 minutes per episodes, this is the shortest show I have ever watched. This is also the funniest show I have ever watched that is based on a game. Unlike other shows that were based on a game like Pia Carrot, this one is so much fun that I love it right away. The fact that the producers use SD character style within the show make it even better (so cute in SD form...).

A love story with tons of humor, lots of action, and most importantly, cute girls all jam-packed in a 10-mintue format is a lovely experience for me... Only took me 2 quick nights to finish watching it, and I already want to watch it all over again...
